В настоящее время установлено, что психосоциальные факторы риска в значительной мере отягощают течение сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний (ССЗ) и снижают приверженность больных к лечению. Для пациентов с ССЗ характерна высокая коморбидность с тревожными расстройствами, которая может достигать 50-60%. Наличие сопутствующих тревожных расстройств серьезно ухудшает прогноз ССЗ. Результаты проведенных исследований показали, что наличие повышенной тревожности повышает вероятность фатального инфаркта миокарда в 1,9 раз, внезапной смерти в 4,5 раза. Поэтому коррекция психосоциальных факторов, в частности тревожной симптоматики, должна стать важной составляющей терапии пациентов с ССЗ. Проведенные исследования показывают, что применение фабомотизола у пациентов с ССЗ и сопутствующими тревожными расстройствами уменьшает проявления тревоги, отмечается выраженная положительная динамика соматической патологии, что имеет важное значение для улучшения течения и прогноза ССЗ. Накопленный опыт клинического применения препарата фабомотизол позволяет рекомендовать его как препарат выбора для лечения пациентов с тревогой и ССЗ.
