The relevance of the application of data extraction, neurolinguistic programming, machine learningВ статье рассмотрено применение искусственного интеллекта в розничной торговле. Установ-лено актуальность применения извлечения данных, нейролингвистического программирования, ма-шинного обучения в розничной торговле. Применены методы системного анализа и синтеза, сравне-ния, сводки и группировки. Проанализирован зарубежный опыт использования искусственного интел-лекта торговыми сетями. Исследовано внедрение искусственного интеллекта на украинском рынке. Осуществлен SWOT-анализ торговой сети «Сильпо». Выявлено сильные стороны: высокая узнавае-мость бренда, большое количество торговых точек, многолетний опыт функционирования на рынке, широкая ассортиментная группа товаров, присутствие в каждой области страны, использование сов-ременных технологий, сформирована база данных клиентов. Установлено слабые стороны: высокие цены на продукцию по сравнению с локальными сетями, низкий уровень автоматизации труда, боль-шое количество негативных отзывов в интернете, текучесть кадров приводит стабильно высокий про-цент некомпетентного персонала. Отмечено возможности: внедрение технологий искусственного ин-теллекта, развитие сети в онлайн пространстве, выход на зарубежные рынки, увеличение доли рынка за счет коллаборации с инновационными компаниями в различных отраслях. Рассмотрены угрозы: нестабильность в экономике, увеличение налоговой нагрузки, снижение уровня доходов населения, выезд трудового населения за границу, появление на рынке Украины мировых торговых сетей, выход в оф-лайн формат интернет платформ. Предложено предложения по совершенствованию примене-ния искусственного интеллекта для отечественной торговой сети, а именно: цифровые ценники, тех-нология «умные полки», функция в приложение «список покупок», телеграмм канал для навигации покупателей по супермаркету и автоматизированной поддержки, CRM для прогнозирования поведе-ния потребителей сети, кастомизация акций и спецпредложений, роботы-мерчендайзеры, цифровые панели, технология распознавания лиц, маяк для идентификации ID смартфона.
