Технологические задачи психологического обеспечения мониторинга действий пользователей в электронной образовательной среде современного вуза.

  • Abstract: The paper reviews the existing approaches to using digital footprints in the digital learningПредставлен краткий анализ существующих подходов к использованию возможностей мониторинга цифрового следа пользователя в электронной образовательной среде для решения задач проектирования интеллектуальных сред обучения и прогнозирования моделей взаимодействия с информационной средой. Описаны основные методические приемы анализа содержания результатов мониторинга действий пользователей в электронной информационнообразовательной среде (модели действий пользователей в LMS Moodle), в том числе и возможности использования образовательных датасетов как удобного ресурса для дистанционного образования студентов. Показаны технические приемы аутентификации не на основе знания, которым обладает человек, а на основе подтверждения индивидуального цифрового портрета пользователя. Представлены обобщенные результаты исследования, отражающие стилевые особенности поведения и наиболее типичные сценарии работы студентов в электронной информационно-образовательной среде и позволяющие выделить наиболее характерные типологические признаки когнитивного поведения. Полученные аналитические данные обсуждаются в контексте привлечения технологических подходов к психологическому обеспечению мониторинга действий пользователей в электронной образовательной среде современного вуза для решения задач создания более эффективных когнитивных интерфейсов, которые могут адаптироваться к пользователю учебной среды, персонализируя среду под конкретного пользователя.
